Sometimes it's useful to see the Console output when troubleshooting errors, aswell as a HAR file that contains the navigation data just after executing the steps that caused the issue. In order to get this information you just have to open your Liquality Extension, right click on it and select Inspect:
This will make another window appear, that looks like this:
To get the Console output you just click the Console button. To make sure you get the output you need, you hit the Clear Console button on the upper left:
Just after that perform the steps to cause the issue. If you get in this window an output, specially errors, just copy them and send it to the Support team.
In the DevTools window that appears after clicking Inspect, just click the Network tab:
Make sure you have All selected aswell as clicking the Clear button before executing the steps that cause the issue.
After going through the actions and getting the error or problem you are experiencing, just right click any element of the list and select Save all as HAR with content:
This will generate a file that you will attach to the Support team.
